This 11 November 2025, we’re celebrating four sweet years of ooey-gooey happiness in the heart of Utrecht’s Hoog Catharijne.

On 11 November 2021, the doors of our Utrecht bakery opened for the very first time — and since then, thousands of rolls have been baked, glazed, shared, and loved by locals and visitors from all over the Netherlands.

From the first Classic Roll coming fresh out of the oven to your Chillatta breaks during shopping sprees, our bakery has become a cosy spot for everyone looking for that perfect mix of cinnamon, frosting, and smiles.

Over these four years, we’ve:
